Gasco Traffic Quality Policy Statement
GASCO TRAFFIC Ltd operates within East Anglia, the Home Counties and surrounding areas providing temporary traffic management compliant with the National Highways Sector Scheme 12D for installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management on rural and urban roads. In addition to this, the company is also compliant with National Highways Sector Scheme 12AB for the provision of Static Temporary Traffic Management on Motorways and High-Speed Dual Carriageways..
Gasco Traffic is committed to supplying products and services which exceed the needs and expectations of our customers and satisfy any related regulatory and statutory requirements. The organisation is also committed to continual improvement of compliance and customer satisfaction.
The company will put in place a management system to ensure:
• The display and communication of a quality policy which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 compliant with National Highways Sector Scheme 12 A/B & D, with commitment from the top of the organisation
• The provision of the policy and supporting material at induction, to its supply chain and any third party upon request.
• Identification of roles and responsibilities and lines of communication
• The provision of appropriate information and training
• That quality objectives are established for the QMS and are compatible with the strategic direction of the organisation
• That key processes are recorded, traceable and controlled
• The provision of advice and assistance concerning quality
• Planning of quality into our activities through identification and assessment of hazards and risks and identifying opportunities for efficiency
• Investigation of accidents and incidents attributed to quality failings, implementing preventative action where necessary
• Compliance with all relevant legal requirements and codes of practice
• Periodic review of the Quality Management System and policy to ensure they remain achievable, relevant, and credible.
• Measuring Performance using key performance indicators (KPI) and setting SMART goals
• The provision of adequate resources to deliver the policy requirements
Everyone undertaking works for the organisation is expected to support and promote this policy and procedures made thereunder, complying with their requirements and duties.
